Sharing Meals at The Table
For Paul the apostle, a key sign of God's Kingdom was that Jews (the insiders) and Gentiles (the outsiders) could share a meal together at a common table. In that same spirit, Sunset Presbyterian Church joins together with families in our community each month for a Community Breakfast (and sometimes, a Cookout Lunch instead!) We cook a hot meal to share with those in our surrounding community... including sausage or bacon and eggs if a breakfast, or burgers and hotdogs for lunch! It is always a delicious meal complete with desserts and drinks, as well as fellowship and seasonal activities together. All are welcome at the Lord's Table!
